The Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce is making a difference. A difference in education and our schools, infrastructure, business, leadership and more.  Our Chamber is promoting Tonkawa every day! We encourage you to do business with those businesses that are supporting the efforts of the Chamber and are listed in the Chamber Directory. We invite you, whether a business or individual, to support our community and invest and volunteer with the Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce. Reasons to invest
Investing in the Chamber and your community goes a long way in attracting new business to Tonkawa and promoting existing businesses. When you join the Chamber and choose to get involved, your participation adds substance and integrity to your business locally and throughout Kay County, and adds more teeth to legislative issues that affect you. We provide networking opportunities to grow your business or service, offer leadership training through Leadership Tonkawa, partner with Tonkawa Public Schools through Character Counts, Teacher Appreciation, Back to School Bash, and Youth Forum, as well as Northern Oklahoma College, and we promote the Tourism Industry in Tonkawa bringing jobs and sales tax dollars to the city for everyone's benefit.

Retail Chamber Benefits
Your business is listed on our Categorized Business Listing in the Membership Directory with a notation of 110% support (if applicable). Our Chamber Directory is our version of Yellow Pages. Tonkawa residents regularly look to this directory first when looking for a service provider or retail business. Depending upon your level of membership, you have the opportunity to have your Facebook page and website linked to your directory listing and your business logo featured on our home page. We host Ribbon Cutting ceremonies for all new businesses, major remodels and business relocations posting the event on social media and in the Tonkawa News

Industry Chamber Benefits
Our associations and partnerships with the City of Tonkawa, the Tonkawa Development Authority,  Tonkawa Youth Sports Recreation, Tonkawa Public Schools, Northern Oklahoma College, the Tonkawa Casino and Hotel, as well as our treasured, time-honored events like Olde Tyme Christmas, Good Vibrations Car Show, and 4th of July festivities, are great reasons to affiliate with the Chamber!
We communicate the needs of industry with our City and with Tonkawa Development Authority. The combined efforts of all the Chamber committees lend support to the quality of life afforded in Tonkawa that attracts people to locate here. We work with our school system with programs such as, "Character Counts," and work with the local and education community to be involved with our students through our annual Youth Forum.

Individual chamber benefits
We give individual members the opportunity to have a voice directly to our legislators and to understand the political issues facing our community through open Legislative Breakfasts held during regular session. Chamber membership affords you a voice in events and activities. If you need volunteer hours, we are happy to help you fulfill those needs as volunteers are always appreciated with events, membership, ambassadors, tourism, and in the office.
